My husband and I had a similar situation. We paid our RPRF fee on Mar 21, 2018. We received our PPR on Apr 23. In between, we did get an ADR request on Apr 18, 2018. https://journey4musa2canada.wordpress.com/

We submitted the application on Oct 13, 2017 and got the Cancelled status on Pct 27, 2017. So a total of 14 days after submission.

Be on a lookout for the email from a different email id. I say this cos we missed it. Portal is not updated for me yet. The email subject was - Ready for Visa.

We got ours at 7: 42 PM EST from a different email id . We, in fact, missed it. Our portal still says background check in progress.

Finally received the Golden PPR email on Apr 23, 2018. :)

Hey I have an update. My BG status moved to IP2 this morning and Review of additional documents is NA. I submitted all the requested documents on Wednesday.

I got additional documents request four weeks after I got the RPRF fee request. I do not think RPRF fee request means application is approved.

I got an update today. Got a request letter from CIC asking for employment paystubs and bank statements from 8 years back. And have been given a window of just 7 days (not business days).
