It’s actually this. ‭1 (888) 242-2100‬

Call in. Find express entry, and enter your express entry number and birth date, wait until very last to press 0 to reach an agent always call early Canadian hours.

And vaguely asked them pretend you received an update but didn’t see anything . Ask them if your eligibility has passed or has your background check started.

You are right! I called CIC a week ago and I am in IP2 since feb 27th. Agent told me I was in BGC and I assumed eligibility is passed and security not started

hmm ok... on the cic help center website, there was a page that had indicated this. I guess I misinterpreted it or maybe it's an old page, and things have changed.

When I call this number through skype it says "your call can't be completed as dialed, please check the number and dial again" and then the voice either says "2AZ" or "2HH"

Any tip on how to work around that and get through?
 
I just found out my file in London VO. That means im looking at at least a few more months of no updates. I dont believe CIC has even opened my file after the medicals passed. Been stuck in IP2 since 28 Feb...

Should I order GCMS notes? Can you get into SS without passing eligibility? Its suspicious that someone would just jump directly to IP2

Same here. AOR Feb 17 and IP2 since Feb 28, I asked my HR and she advised me that she never received a call from Immigration, Means cic never open my file.

It is not mandatory for them to call your former or current employer(s)
Most of the cases they just verify the authenticity of documents and clear it.

Some stats I pulled from myimmitracker.com on percentage of PPRs received for each month:

April 2018:
Total cases: 164
PPR:0
Percentage PPR: 0%

March 2018:
Total cases: 378
PPR:20
Percentage PPR:5.3%

February 2018:
Total cases: 434
PPR:114
Percentage PPR:26%

January 2018:
total cases:408
PPR: 110
Percentage PPR:27%

December 2017:
total cases:403
PPR: 162
Percentage PPR:40%

November 2017:
total cases:377
PPR: 201
Percentage PPR:53%

Actual PPR percentages might be higher though, because it is very probable that some do not update the tracker after getting PPR, or might update the tracker with a lag

Hey I have an update. My BG status moved to IP2 this morning and Review of additional documents is NA.

I submitted all the requested documents on Wednesday.
