At what time do those PPR e-mails usually come?

We got ours at 7: 42 PM EST from a different email id . We, in fact, missed it. Our portal still says background check in progress.

Be on a lookout for the email from a different email id. I say this cos we missed it. Portal is not updated for me yet. The email subject was - Ready for Visa.

From the immitracker stats seems like applicants with dependants are getting approved faster than an applicant without any dependants.

No. I'm in Brazil.

I'm in Brazil too, I was able to call CIC using Skype (need credits) through the number: +1 (613) 944-4000 I found out my VO through this call (Sao Paulo).

Got my GCMS Notes today dated March 27th.

Eligibility: Recommend Passed
Security: Not Started
Criminality: Passed
Medical: Passed
Info Sharing: Complete

Also my primary office now shows as CPC-Ottawa and secondary is CIO. In the previous GCMS notes it was the opposite. Can I assume now my file is with CPC-O?
