I understand that I should not have called them today . I have determined that I will not call them anymore and wait for my turn, at least it will give chance to someone who really wants to talk to cic.

I called CIC to clarify about my BG status, the agent told me not to call until 6 months time line has completed :P

Hello Seniors, Finally I saw some movement in my BG status, it has been changed from next step to we are processing your BG check. my file is in CPC Ottawa and I submitted my RCMP upfront. is this bg check IP 1 or IP2? Please advise.

I am in same situation. Aor Feb 14 no update till now. BG still says as Next step to conduct BG check. :'(

Hello Seniors, when I sent an email to ask about my application status I got a reply saying your application is in CPC Ottawa but I haven't seen any change in my BG status ever since I passed my medicals. It still shows as Next step is to conduct BG check. very nervous about my situation...

did your BG ever changed to IP1 and IP2. the thing is my BG shows as next step to conduct BG process since medicals passed. very stressed about my application

me too sailing in the same boat. AOR -Feb 14, medicals passed-March 12 and BG is next step to BG check since then. worrying to the peak :'(

Hi rg74, I am a CEC inland applicant and my AOR is on Feb 14,2017 passed medical on March 12 and my BG status is NS since then I have submitted RCMP upfront, is this the reason that my BG doesn't show IP1?
