I just realised that in the Audit Report (as I've been self-employed) submitted in the eAPR, one page of the Report was missing to be scanned and uploaded. The page was not in English or French, but the translated version of the Report in English was complete and notarized.
I'm now wondering if I need to send IRCC a Case Specific Enquiry form by adding the missing page back to the Report?
