yes, I contact them about 2 month ago and they replied: "Unfortunately we will be unable to finalize your case for the next three months. If you need your passports back we will gladly send them to you and you can resubmit them later to this office." I decided to leave them and wait...still...

After been requested for my passport , almost 5 months have passed by since I submitted it and still waiting for them to be returned ( hopefully with a positive permanent visa stamped) ....AMAZING BUT TRUE! This delay is driving me nuts. I am now worried that as time passes by, we might catch...

Not necessarily; sometimes the web page is not working at all, you should try again later , the next day or in a couple!!! :(
