Minku, I will suggest that if you are worried about canadian stay may cause delay then your wife should contact Member of Parliament here in canada and they can ask where the stopages in file. This worth to try if its delay from here. Thanks

Hi Arriell, You are right. In my case , i got pcc for my wife in january and i submit file in may when it reach to new delhi the pcc was expired as per law. but they didn't ask another one from my wife. File was approved on 1st sep 2010
