Is it the OWP application that gives me implied status or is it my spousal sponsorship application? The reason I ask is because it’s not mandatory to apply for an OWP when applying for spousal sponsorship.

All I got back was the owp that I sent in, cover letter and receipt that sent with the owp. They did not send back or mention at any point my spousal sponsorship. I was hoping I didn’t have to send everything as I will have to get all of the photos/evidence/receipts/etc. Thanks for your input!
