My husband got his passport back today after stamping. He submitted at Vfs Colombo on 29th Jan and received back today. After long wait, he is flying to Toronto on 13th Feb. Thank you all for your support and good luck with your applications.

My husband is living in Male, Maldives. Does anybody know how to send passport to VFS if there is no VFS office where we stay? Also is there any service charge to put in the courier we send to VFS with passport and photos ?

How many days they took to verify police clearance? In our case they received on Sunday. But no update in gckey or eca. Both showing we need more documents.

Medical request on 31st July and passed on 11th Aug. They asked PCC from India, Maldives and US.

My husband sent police clearance certificates to Colombo office by Fedex yesterday. Waiting to hear back from them.

I tried calling one consultant in India. They said they expedite the process and get it in 2 weeks. But I don't know if there is any difference in the results we get from FBI directly and the one we get in 2 weeks. How do we know if it is from a channeler?

Where do you send the police certi? In the email, I don't see address. They ask to send original, means hard copy?

Application received : 27th Feb AOR1 : 10th Mar SA : 21st Mar AOR2 : 27th Mar Medical Req : 31st July Medical Passed : 11th Aug Pre-arrival Services message : 3rd Nov Waiting for PPR.
