Who got your all correspondence you or your representative? Call cic in morning and confirm with your representative

Representative. Is this number vancouver office or toronto ? tried sevwral times in the morning. Couldnt cantact them.

which card are you using?

Initially I used master card (credit) then tried a BOC debit card, didnt work after a few hours used Visa credit card it worked finally. It went through and I got a reference number. Gonna wait few days and start calling them.

On my own. Today my husband got request for police clearance certificates.

Okey, Ill share my Timeline. Mine is a strange case though. I lived in Canada (study/work) for the past 10 years and got married there(2016) and living in Sri Lanka after my marriage (my work permit expired) last year . SO yeah hoping to get back to my marriage

My timeline

Application Documents sent : February 20th 2017
Acknowledge letter : March 4th
Schedule A requested : March 6th
Schedule A submitted : March 7th
File Transferred to Colombo : March 21st
Medicals Requested : July 25th
Medicals Done : August 4th
Medicals passed : ? (Around August End)
Pre Arrival service : Nov 1st
Police Cert requested : Nov 3rd

To my knowledge If all the documents are done properly and no other complications it usually takes 8- 12 months(New or Old systems)

Where do you send the police certi? In the email, I don't see address. They ask to send original, means hard copy?

Finally yes i did contact them todqy. I have to contact Sl VO . Cic system they couldnt see any additional document request

so is it you or the husband in SL right now ? i got the police report request before & still waiting for medical request. i anyways sent an upfront medical but its expired already caz i took it september 2016.

okay im just giving one easy way to check your medical updates. Dial the Cic number and choose 1 -1 -2- application starting with (3) - application number - 1- birth year of your spouse(sri lanka)- 1-1
my husbands medical expired last month . i checked this way and it says no need medical exams. i hope this will help you
