Question!

I received the test invite through an email and it says print this copy and take it to the exam centre, however, the ecas says " The notice you will receive by mail will be your official confirmation of your appointment"

My concern is the word "mail" in ecas. Do I expect a hard copy through mail or it's just email attachment that was already sent.

For me "mail" is something that is tangible (Canada post, UPS etc) and email is of course "electronic"

That " mail" word is so contradicting.

Please give your two cents on this.

Thanks,

@Thomas1987 correspondance is made mostly by email, with exceptions. If not mistaken, some prople reported receiving both physical and electronic mails.
In all cases, just print the email attachement and bring it with you. Even in the (very improbable) case you actually receive a snail mail test invitation, you can just ditch it and print the pdf :)
This also applies to the oath invitation.
