I don't think Canadian consulates work on Saturdays. People leave at 3:30 pm on Fridays, working on Saturdays will shock me.

Disappointed that none of the contributors with below status got PPR today. "A background check is needed In Progress" Does it actually suggest that applicant with this status is going to get PPR soon ?

Eligibility Review is still in progress( and am not sure "BG initiated" means anything or not). Plus processing dates doesn't have any pattern as many April applicants have got PPR.

It will be quick . Be positive and keep spirits high.

I (Sponsor) got my SA in April 2016 but SA - DECISION mADE happened yesterday (was IN PROCESS). Seems like a batch process for SA Approved was done yesterday.

In my opinion, its all about the efficient/Inefficient or positive/cynical Visa Officer. (That's just my opinion)
