From what I've heard flag polling is the fastest way, cause you have to schedule an appointment in local IRCC office, and I'm not sure if they work on weekends.

They usually publish Ministerial Instructions a little later. So when you see instructions from the previous draws it seems as they happened at an earlier time. The last one was around 1 pm UTC.

That's promising. However, what do you mean by enough space? Are they guided by 60 days granted to make a decision on whether to accept ITA, or there is other hidden mechanism and quotas that may result in your application be rejected?

But if you claim years of foreign work experience in EE profile to get a higher score, it will need to be verified at some point, isn't it?

Thanks for the advice. That's precisely what I'm going to do. The only think I'm worried that if I get ITA in the next round, will it be possible to wait until September 15th to accept it and submit an application?
