Although mine is NDVO, it is nice to see Ottawa VO processing the files in a timely fashion. Only if other VO's can be influenced by them too!

If you had provided an E-Mail address; then in could've went to your spam folder. If an E-Mail address was not provided then it's possible that SA mail was lost. In either case contact CIC again & request for confirmation by E-Mail or mail.

The numbers must match otherwise it will pose a problem for you.

I'd second that. I went to see my wife recently as well; took plenty of pics even made sure to capture all the names of the places we went to. Kept all the receipts but I wouldn't submit any further evidence until they ask for it.
