You can try asking the doctor who performed the Medical to give you another receipt to forward to CIC for your PR. That's what I did.

Should be fine. My doctor provided me with 2 receipts-one for the WP the other for the PR which had my application number.

Yes you can. I did that and my ECAS has now been updated to reflect that. Make sure that the Medical has your UCI and Application number.

I received a similar e-mail. Appears to be a glitch in the system if people who have already had a decision made are receiving such requests.
