I had 1 like this too. On the date that my application was moved from CPC to CIO. I also had a corresponding Incoming message at the same time. I just assumed that this happens when they move application to a different office. Im not 100% sure, but it looked like that and I ignored it.

Same applies for education and employment also. If you have modified your EE profile, and updated these records, system tracks old records as OBSOLETE. I wouldn't worry if the status update date is before your eApr and you have your correct records as valid.

I had a few records that were marked obsolete also. It means that record was deleted. For example, if you had an IELTS result and you removed it and added a modified result, the removed record is marked as obsolete. It is supposed to be the bring forward date: Next date the file is to be reviewed. But, from what I have seen in EE, this date does not mean much. CIC seems to be working chronologically, with some randomness, perhaps caused by complexity of the application.
