Hi, can somebody please advice on how to print the CIT 0002 form. I just can't seem to figure out how to do it. It opens on my Mac but it won't let me print. When I press print the message pops up: Can't print , there were no pages selected. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

If you apply online you don't need to sigh the forms. After you upload all your documents before you pay you will be asked to provide an electronic signature, which is just typing your name.

If he doesn't have a UCI number then he leaves it blank.
