Hello Friends

I am applying for TRV thru online from inside canada but I am confuse about one thing...Do i need to sign the form IMM5257 at end after validating it or I just have to upload it without signing.

If you apply online you don't need to sigh the forms. After you upload all your documents before you pay you will be asked to provide an electronic signature, which is just typing your name.
