Well they got married back in 1979 and no proof except for marriage photographs of course. WoI'll my dad's pension papers work where it says my mum's name as a nominee. It says she's the wife and will be nominee of the pension amount after him. Or how how the passports? Would that work?

No, you don't need to submit anything to CRA or your employer. As long as your application is received at CIC before March 3rd, you automatically get an implied status and have nothing to worry about. Just sit back and wait for them to issue the new work permit. You don't need to take photos to the med center that has emedical facility available. Once medical tests are completed doctor will upload the results to CIC with the # provided on IMM form. You have to take this form with yourself to the doctor. I don't think it's necessary for you to send any...

Yes an affidavit would work, that's what I did as well.I also attached my grade 10 certificate along as it has my parents and my name.
