Hi. I didn’t include my brother who is over 23 years old in PGP 2022 application. But some people say he might be included for family size in previous years where he was under 22 years old. How does that make sense? Why would Ircc include a member who is not dependent now for previous years?

My question is clear. Why would they count them in previous years if they can’t be sponsored now? Even in the financial evaluation form they are not counted!

Even though they were dependent on parents in 2019 2020 and 2021 ?

I asked it here few times but I need a concrete answer my brother turned 22 in March 22.. however he was under 22 in 2019 2020 2021 for income calculation for 2019 2020and 2021 do we include him?

Hey. I did reassess my 2019 income However when I submitted my application I put yes to access my cra! I should’ve checked no and uploaded my notice of reassessment instead of them mixing up my 2019 assessment and reassessment

What about the younger sibling who turned 22 just before submitting the application in nov 2021..

Submitted nov 2021 Siblings removed nov 2022 Did they add the newborn while processing or counting younget sibling towards income for previous year

I understand.. so when immigration officers look the the income table for the last 3 years they look at size 3 or 4 I know he shouldn’t be included in the application and he wont get PR but for income calculations is he included(since he was dependent on parents) in 2019, 2020 and 2021… i hope...

2019, 2020 and 2021 he was under 22 will they consider him dependent on my parents back then and then for Income calculation for these 3 years I have to look at 4 people income instead of 3 people
