Family size is you, parents and spouse and children. Brother has aged out.

2019, 2020 and 2021 he was under 22
will they consider him dependent on my parents back then and then for Income calculation for these 3 years I have to look at 4 people income instead of 3 people

No his age is locked in when you apply for parents’ PR, so he is not eligible. So you are three people since your brother is not included, and you are not responsible for him. However, ask your question for clarification under the thread on PGP 2022.

Family size is 3 as replied above.

Have you start filling in the forms? If you do, you will see how the family size is calculated.
