I did not call Pretoria.. is there a number on which I can call?? I had call the Call Centre in Canada but they told me that since the file has already been transferred to Pretoria, they do not have further info.

Acecube, its been more than a month since they have the passport. As for case enquiry, it been only 2 weeks since i sent them email :(

I know it is not unheard of.. But Pretoria VO is known to return passport within 1 or 2 weeks. So yes, one month is a lot for Pretoria :( I did contact them via the case specific enquiries but i got the automated message that they will reply within 30 days... So lets wait.

Thanks for the encouragement MissSA108.. Pretoria gave us false hope...asking for passport as if they were ready to issue the visa :( Now its been more than a month and still no news from them... I just wished they had not issues PPR if they were not ready yet.. I hope you hear from them...

Hello Acecube, My husband has deposited the passport with the agent and they despatched it this morning. I went online and checked the application status. It still shows 'in Process' and there is still no mention of medicals received. Is this normal?
