I dont know when did they got my documents,I didnt have tracking number,but I mailed my documents on 24th,March

hi,everyone ,I got the mail from CIO today ,and got a number start with xep and 8 numbers.

I had the same problem of certificate in native language,I just sent a letter to explain that the original one is English ,and asked what should I do next,translate it or? they did not ask that again.

but what they can do?I mean either by email or by phone,but we can do these too right?any other difference?

what do you mean if you are not in Canada？what different?can I ask my canadian friend to help me to ask?

Danish post:),I just asked how long it would take to arrive Canada,the answer was 3 days,then I got my receipt,but after I got home ,I found no any track number on it.I was so stupid,I should have used DHL or UPS:(,now i have to wait and call ....

I mailed my application to sydney yesterday,it is said the mail would arrive Canada in 3 days,but the there is no tracktrace.what should I do next,can I call CIC office to ask if they get my mail after 1 week or 2 weeks?
