Hello SINP guys! I applied for PNP of Nova Scotia Express Entry. I got prescreening yesterday from Nova Scotia and they ask me to give my EE Profile no. And Job Seeker Validation Code. When I updated my EE profile I become ineligible, but last January I was stil eligible. I just can't understand. How come that I am eligible for Provincial Nominee Program but I am not eligible from Express Entry. I would appreciate it if you could give some good advice with my problem. Thank you!

Thank you Bro!!! FINALLY :)
What's your status, is it back to In-Process after document submission?

yes bro

but they change one of my NOC codes to be out of the hot occupations and this job last for 1.5 years

I don't know now as I need those points :'( :'(

guys please try to answer this question

it is very urgent

Do I must have all the previous 10 years in NOC codes that are in the occupations-on demand list to have all the 15 points ?

because now they change the NOC code of one of the jobs and they categorized it under a NOC that is not on the list and like this according to my calculations I don't reach the 60 points

I emailed them to change it but they replied by refusal

any suggestions :'( :'( :'(

Could you describe the NOC that changed, NOC description is a responsability of the Federal Government.

the guide says

"The principal applicant’s work experience points are calcul
ated according to documented proof of skilled
work experience (NOC 0, A, B) in the last ten years
in an occupation that is in demand in Saskatchewan
(refer to Appendix A for the list of in demand occupations)
The applicant must show at least one full time
year, or equivalent, of paid work experience
in order to be eligible."

I suppose that this mean that you need to have your NOC in this list.

from 2 years I was holding a title of Account manager and this is NOC 2171 but they categorized it as 0213 and 0213 is not in the list

and I stayed in it 2 years so this mean that I will lose 4 points

Guys just wondering in applicant tab what's your educational pages showing under saskachewan credential section. My one is still blank as I left ...

This would only be completed or updated if you have a degree or a regulatory cert/licence in Saskatchewan

Same happened to me. They changed my NOC code to 0213 just because my position title was Manager but it does not have anything to do with duties. I included my reference and also a copy of my work contract mentioning duties to prove they did it wrong, still did not change it though. I am currently under in process- review II and there are 12 more days to go until the final decision.

Do you know that I have given you another plus one for coming on board?

Between, have you heard from CIC as regards the update they sent to you?

Regards
haha,I saw I have 2 stars now.
what do you mean the update CIC sent to me?do you mean the EE system.I didnt hear anything about it ,but my score is low,so I think there is nothing to expect.
I just mailed my application to CIO office in Sydney, but unfortunately I forgot to ask tracktrace,so I have to wait few weeks to call and see if they get my mail.

Which of the Courier Services did you use in shipping your application?

If DHL or UPS, kindly track it down using your receipt.

All the very best and stay healthy for your medical.

I emailed them and they reply that the NOCs are assessed by an officer and that no changes will happen !!

like this I will lose the chance as they will deduct 4 points and I only have 61 points including these four

Account Manager is not a manager and it is stated like this in the employer letter

at first u got ineligible because of the points , Is this true?

No I was not referring to Account Manager, but my job title is IT Manager and they put 0213 Computer and information systems manager. The reason I was ineligible is because of this. However, I think I have provided strong reasons to prove them wrong, and let's hope for the best in twelve days from now.

Stay positive Dreamer, I hope they don't disqualify your application.
