I think that if nobody received Nomination this month, we are directly to the backlog of SINP and
we need to prepare our minds for a long year wait.

The backlog in 2012 was nearly 6,000 today who knows !

I don't think this would be the case now, because the process is online and more efficient than 2012. We have to be patient only for couple of months or max three. I believe that things will be faster in April.

Today I received additional docs request:
1. Code of conduct (Previously submitted form wasn't signed in ink)
2. Marriage certificate for self and spouse in native language

I'm not sure about code of conduct form, any pointers?
Marriage certificate is in English and I don't have it in my native language (Hindi) as they issued directly in English, what should I reapond?

I know these questions were answered earlier so I'll try to find a solution through earlier posts...

My application status changed today from In Process to Waiting on Applicant. They have requested me to

-update regarding Settlement funds from December 2014 to date
-Additional family member form spouse
-write a letter explaining why my wife and children will not accompany me.

My application status changed today from In Process to Waiting on Applicant. They have requested me to

-update regarding Settlement funds from December 2014 to date
-Additional family member form spouse
-write a letter explaining why my wife and children will not accompany me.

That's it.

Well to me it seem that the request came from immigration officer not from information verification clerk. Though it's nearly impossible to predict on SINP but I feel your nomination is nearby.

As we have seen the same case of BGFC. I think a simple explanation that your birth document originally provided in English is more than enough.

I had the same problem of certificate in native language,I just sent a letter to explain that the original one is English ,and asked what should I do next,translate it or? they did not ask that again.

Well,

I feel that process is fast, I have submitted my application on 2nd Jan 2015 through NOC 2133, and after 1 month they have demanded few documents which are missing like travel form and some mistakes I had done in Online form.. I mailed them these are my mistakes. They have immediately changed it. But after all these they demanded Professional Engineering Licensure of Saskatchewan with in a 45 days. Which is not with me.

So finally my application is going to be refused in 4 to 5 days.

Now searching some other province.

Whether they ask for license or also a evidence that the license getting is in process status. if they is a option to show that the license acquisition is in progress then why you cant try for it and show them. when 45 days is going to end.
