You can apply through EE using your LMIA if you already IELTS. Irrespective of your experience you should be able to an invitation as you will be awarded 600 points for your LMIA.

Since you got your invitation under PNP you should show POF while landing. It doesn't matter what you are eligible under.

Don't stress out. Just submit what they ask. You should be good if there are no red flags in your application.
