But you have to act fast. Once you hit July 1st your LMIA would be no longer valid and you will not be getting those 600 points

Please do not misguide others, if you're not sure of something better leave it on someone else. You need to be eligible for either FSW/CEC to claim 600 points. One cannot claim these points irrespective of their experience.

You might claim points for your back-home experience/foreign experience as long as it was for a year. There are several other factors that you should meet too, which you will come across on the link provided earlier.

By 'present' if you mean your job while you were in study permit, you cannot claim any points on that experience. Period.
