I got the letter too, and the only thing it tells me to do is to put the date the photo was taken.

@ cupcakes - When did you call CIC? Did they reach back to you with any additional documentation that they need? @robal - My wife who applied for the PR card with me already got her card 2 weeks back. What is concerning is CIC has no idea as to why this is happening with my application.

Well atleast in your case, they said they need a photo to complete the process. In my case, they have no idea what is happening with my PR application.

I am in the same boat as well. US has definitely given me a lot, but I think I have to respect the fact that Canada loves me and wants me there more than US does. So I have to reciprocate the same feeling.

Received my passport today via the USPS. Got the COPR document and the passport. Planning to arrive in Canada in the next few months.
