You must have applied via the master or Phd stream of ONPNP correct ? Well in that case you are not tied (or shackled like in my case) to any employer so you can be out of the country in my opinion. But please do call CIC to confirm 1-888-242-2100 (then press 1,1,3,1 to get to an agent quickly)...

Perhaps I'm trying to be a little selfish and feel better here but anyone applied from PR in the ONPNP stream in late April/ early May 2014 and have not yet got a DM or PPR ?
