On the same boat - I just got my rprf fee request last week (wed). So perhaps your is on the way too this week. Having the passport req by the end of feb would be just awesome. But I haven't seen any March/April applicants get their passport requests yet, only the jan/feb guys so far.

Happened to me too in sept when I email Sydney. Just email Ottawa with the same questions and they will get back to you. That's what I did....... They took about a month to respond but they eventually did. Here's their email address : cpc-ctd-ottawa@cic.gc.ca

You will get a list of CIC approved doctors to do your wife's medical test. When that happens just let the doc who you pick know about the pregnancy. I'm sure they won't let her do it and probably put in a note on her medical file about her pregnancy. But more importantly...... Congrats bro ...
