I do, yes. I reside in the UK, which, re-reading the email, seems to make sense, as the email address to inform them of any changes in circumstances seems to indicate it's based in London, and the address to send my documents is the Canadian High Commission in London. Thanks for the reassurance!

I just checked ECAS, and it says Decision Made (I'm from a visa-exempt country, so no PPR email)! Now, I just wish I knew what that decision was, and that the mail from Canada wasn't so bloody slow!

In addition, for those of us who are from visa-free countries, is it worth calling up CIC again to see if anything has changed? If our COPRs have been sent out will that show up on our file and would the call centre assistants have knowledge of that?

I had already received MR and I then did RPRF upfront, so the police certificate check came a couple of weeks after those.

Hey, at least you guys are already in Canada! I applied from the UK, and in the meantime, my Canadian girlfriend has had to go back to Canada by herself. I'm literally waiting to be able to even return to the country and restart the life that I already had there.

I was just going to go and request my GCMS notes for the first time, but noticed it said you have to be present in Canada to do so. I've applied from outside Canada, so I guess that makes me ineligible. Do you think it matters?
