Hi, What is your app received date ? MR received date ? FBI PCC is valid for only a year. However, It's NDVO's call. About your present app wit FBI - why don you try calling their call centre ? Mostly NDVO replies are quick like 5-10 working days as per what is reported in this forum.

Hi, It's Calender days in my opinion .... And it's 'minimum'. Cuz the PER mails were in order of App Rec. date predominantly. Whereas, MR/PCC/RPRF mails are quite random and unpredictable. Cheers !

Hi, After PER it takes minimum of 45 days as per current trend to receive your MR/PCC mail from NDVO. PCC validity is 6 months according to Passport Office (PSK). If the address of Passport is same as of your current residential address there should be no hassle in receiving your PCC from PSK...
