We are. 45 days to go and BGC hasn't started yet. All indications that it won't be done by the one year mark. At this point, we'll be happy with ANY update. How many of you are in the same boat?

We have the (almost) same timeline. Let's stay in touch and keep each other posted. One year for my spouse is up on Aug 25, 2019. (File was transferred locally on April 24 to Kitchener. SA Mar 7)

No. Kitchener IRCC office.

57 days left and no update after SA. BGC has not started/ no other update. The agent on the phone said that the file was transferred to the local office on April 24. So it's more than 2 months and no updates from them. Received GCMS notes as well (month old data) and has no valuable insight

Got an invite for July 9. DM/Test passed 05/06

No invite yet. (Test passed/DM May 6)

Anyone else with simply NO updates after SA. No BGC starting/ No ghost updates or are we the only unlucky ones on this thread. It's been close to 100 days now since SA and we haven't heard anything/ received any updates. Extremely irritated but hopeful.

We're waiting too. No update on BGC (we'll let you know when your BG check begins). SA since March 07. It's been a long wait.

Anybody else from August 2018 still waiting for something after SA (March 7)? (BGC still not started). Please give some hope.

Awesome, Congratulations. I think we were in the same batch (9.30 am). I was the first person to get out. She only said "we're a small office so Oath could be in June, July or August" - no date as such. She said they'll email.

Passed the test 20/20 today. (May 6, 2019) Received invite Apr 24. Application received May 25, 2018. In Process since Aug-15 and Fingerprint in Nov.

SA on March 7 (Winnipeg office). Still waiting for AIP/ BGC for PA has not started yet. No idea if file moved to a diff office or not. No updates since. Tired of the delay. Many others with SA in/after March seem to have received their AIP.

Thanks for the helpful info. But no, an officer named JC signed our SA letter. I'll order GCMS notes soon and see what's happening. This delay is hard to bear. Especially, when a few candidates with similar or even later timelines seem to be at the Interview stage.

Congratulations. Very similar timelines (as my spouse's application) but we're stuck on SA since March 7. PA shows "started processing" since Feb 19, 2019, as well. Application processed in Winnipeg (as per the SA letter). Hoping for some action soon. All the best for your interview and...

We are. "We started processing your application on Feb 19th, 2019". SA on March-7. Over a month now and no updates. Background check hasn't started as per myCIC account.

We hope too. Similar story as yours - SA was March 7 - no update after that.

Anyone from April/May 2018 received a test invite recently (like in the last month or so)? No idea how long they'll keep us waiting (Applied May 2018, In process since 15-Aug)
