Ok. I am doing the same now. Have you sent a proof for the missing/incorrect "Original date of entry" to CIC as well? I think this is the date stamped on the passport when we first came to canada.correct?

Great info! So you have first sent a scan copy to cic with the problem statement....was it sent to cpp ottawa email or questions@ cic.gc one? I guess you have mentioned CoPR issue as headline with application number..correct? Have you got new SIN and new healthcard?

Hi there, Thanks for your quick reply. In my case, officer has missed those fields which are entered manually at the port of entry (these fields under personal info were blank in my CoPR when I received it via mail). Have you sent out your documents to CIC after landing? If yes, will CIC issue...

It will take 6 months(processing time) to get this thing done..thats why! May be going to immigration might speed up the process.
