So you have first sent a scan copy to cic with the problem statement....was it sent to cpp ottawa email or questions @ cic.gc one? I guess you have mentioned CoPR issue as headline with application number..correct?
Have you got new SIN and new healthcard?

Yes, my lawyer sent mail to cpp ottawa with scan copy of COPR and landing date on passport and mentioned my application number in the headline.

Yes I got my new SIN and Health Card.

Ok. I am doing the same now.
Have you sent a proof for the missing/incorrect "Original date of entry" to CIC as well? I think this is the date stamped on the passport when we first came to canada.correct?

Yes first i sent it as a scanned copy and now i am sending with my documents. It will be there with them but i think it was missed because i was having new passport and the landing date on that passport is recent..

What I suggest is call the border where you actually landed and explain the situation..this might work..did you land at peace bridge?
