Important: Query after I did landing

Hi guys,
I landed yesterday!
After landing the immigration officer asked me and my spouse to sign and gave us the copr client copy. Now, when I looked at the copy today, I found that she has not entered "Became PR on <date>" and "became PR at <place>" in my form but entered in my spouse copr client copy. Has anyone experienced same thing? Is this an issue in case I go to US and come back to Canada before getting a PR card? if yes, any suggestions?

P.S Immigration officer has signed the both of our client copies.

I called CIC helpdesk and they told me to submit amendment of CoPR form.

What I suggest is call the border where you actually landed and explain the situation..this might work..did you land at peace bridge?

I am also thinking that. Btw, I called rainbow bridge cbsa office but representative told me to call Immigration tollfree number-Cic one.
Shall i go to border and give a try before filing amendment application?

I also had clerical errors related to my Original date of entry. I emailed CIC, After 1 month, I got reply to submit all documents with return xpresspost envelope for reprinting the documents.

Don't know if the border officer will allow you to go inside as you already completed landing.

So, my best guess is email CIC and explain the same and see what they suggest.

Have you received PR card? What documents have you mailed to CIC (photocopy?)and have you used "amendment to CoPR form"? Have you got a new CoPR or VOS? Please provide details.

CIC officer asked me to send the documents and the copy of the email. He didn't ask me to fill the amendment document.

I will be sending the documents today.. I got reply just few days back. I am including cover letter that I am sending following documents. thats it...

Thanks for your quick reply.
In my case, officer has missed those fields which are entered manually at the port of entry (these fields under personal info were blank in my CoPR when I received it via mail). Have you sent out your documents to CIC after landing? If yes, will CIC issue you a new copy and will you land again using that copy since you need to get signature from immigration agent?

Also, have you sent copr (orig) back and passport as well?

I completed my landing 1 month ago and I am sending the original COPR back tomorrow..I don't think we need to land again.. It will be only for our reference.

So you have first sent a scan copy to cic with the problem statement....was it sent to cpp ottawa email or questions@ cic.gc one? I guess you have mentioned CoPR issue as headline with application number..correct?
Have you got new SIN and new healthcard?
