Hi , I am an international student , my program is of 12 months only and will be starting my grad classes this September here in Canada. When can i apply for PR? What are the criterion which i need to complete up to get PR smoothly ? What is most recommended in these things ?

People applying after me are getting their visa but not me..... Its frustrating :o

Why are the guys who applied in May-June 2013 in general are still UNDER PROCESS and the July 2013 people are getting their passport stamped (APPROVED/ REJECTED). Any particular reason ?

Today at around 3:45 pm IST ,I called the CHC Delhi and they said to sent my query by mail ONLY , phone or any person's visit will not be entertained in terms of passport and visa status . Now except for sending a mail I have no other option and wait. :(

These visa guys are killing our precious time and playing with our future.

Is CHC Delhi working or not ?

No phone call or email from embassy to me. Since i have already left the company cant really say about that verification. I was also fearing the same about documents missing but some people say its okay to take around 1 month time but now its 40 days. :( I also hope things are good for both of us.
