For the prrof of employment, can we submit the record of employment from service canada? It show's the hours and dates you've worked for those previous employers right?

WP will expire on Feb 2015, can I used my LMiA from 2012 and ticked off YES for the Job offer question in EE? Because technically, i have a valid work permit right now.. Also, i have 5 years experience here in canada and 5 years back home but Zero points is reflecting on my profile?
