Hi Keego, I would take this to mean that they received your application package on March 4th. This is not the date they started working on it or approved anything, just the date that they received it. What date did you send it? You would get a notification letter telling you that your sponsor...

Just send it an express registered mail. Either that or check if your courier needs to have a specific addressee sign for the package. The mail arrives at that address and it is signed for and later picked up by a CIC agent. I guess they use a P.O. box to prevent people trying to hand deliver items.

I was having this issue all day yesterday, but I noticed that the Family name field was case sensitive. Try all lower case or just capitalizing the first letter. Worked for me. Hope this helps you.
