Someone at BE had this request as well, they emailed to ask where to send it and were told to send it to Ottawa (who was processing their application). Worth sending an email to verify. Here's the post - http://britishexpats.com/forum/immigration-citizenship-canada-33/timeline-spousal-sponsorship-via-london-642032/page664/#post11442767

Schnookololy, thanks for digging out that link that makes sense as I am not in Canada yet and as stated Ottawa was for persons likely to be in Canada for the next 3 months, decided to send a clarification Email just hope they come back in good time, we have 30 days to submit info and have done so (to London) so hopefully this is the correct office and COPR arrives soon.

We had decision made on ecas sept.23.. Still no COPR. So on oct 20 we went up to our MP office and filled in a simple request form and the next day they called with this info...approved on oct 17.. COPR printed on oct. 20 and will be mailed to the lawyers address.
I highly suggest if you are waiting for info longer than you think reasonable that you contact the mp office!
Now counting the mail days!
She seemed to suggest that it was coming from Mississauga though and not the LVO?
It makes me wonder if London transfers the app there in the final stages which delays DM to receipt of the copr.
We are planning on flag poling from the Washington border crossing. Does anyone have info on doing this? I have heard we should ask for administrative refusal when crossing into the U.S...?
Thanks

yes, when you drive up to the US border, you will tell them you are "flagpoling" in order to land as a PR in canada. they should know what this means, they will give you the administrative refusal and turn you around to go back to canada. when you arrive at the canadian border all you need to say is you are landing as a pr, and they will direct you to the immigration office.

Hi,

May I be added to the spreadsheet titled - The Timeline for Canadian Spousal Sponsorship via London Spreadsheet?

You can see on the spreadsheet each column. Please provide all that information to be added.

It says that you should get them in 30 days. If there will be a delay they say the will notify you of the delay, so you should have heard something from them by now.

Did you request printed notes or to receive them by email? If by email then I would do a search for ATIP or GCMS in case the email ended up in your junk or spam.

Otherwise you should probably contact them with the tracking number you would have received when you ordered the notes.

You should have got them by now. Did you receive an email when you first ordered them? This would have confirmed the email address. As the above poster said use your tracking number to find where they are .

Hi guys,

I need to send my son's birth certificate through to update my application as he was just born earlier this month. Do I need to send the long or short form version does anybody know?

Thanks!

Hi,

Update: logged onto ECAS on Saturday and it shows 'Decision Made' (started processing on 21st Oct). Hope this is good news!

Can I ask what the next step is? I haven't had a request for copy of passport or recent photos yet (although I included all of these with my application back in March).

My wife and kids are booked to fly to Canada 18th Dec. in time for xmas. Do you think I will have visa by then?

Many thanks.

If they are visa exempt (no visa required to travel to Canada) they wouldn't have had a passport request. The only time they would have asked them for a passport would be, for instance, if you weren't married when you applied and her name could have changed. Only then, though, they would have asked for a copy of the PP.

It took me 5 days to get the CoPR, in Sweden. Check the spreadsheet to see how long it took to reach different destinations .
