The points on that page start at B2 in TEF / TEFaQ, so getting a score of about 65-70% on the various tests I think, but it not that easy to explain - the French tests have negative marking - so you get something wrong you lose more than just one question.

Be honest about your mistake, it is now about how you tell them. You should definitely ask your consultant how to approach this.
