I've been through CIC web site and got some more information but I'm a bit confused ,so I need to write you about some topics. 1. First, CIC has put some funds requirements but also has mentioned that a candidate doesnt need to show those funds if he/she has valid offer of arranged employment or is authorized to work in Canada.
-So,what amount of funds a candidate with job offer should have to support his application?
- Also, do you know any financial institution(in canada) who support international people before they arrive in Canada?
2.CIC also require "Reference Letter" wich is for employment history. Does provinces (PNP Program) require it too??
I hope to get answers for my question. Thanks for your time.

no funds needed to support the application, but would need funds obviously :)

Hi
Thanks for replying to my question. So you think that a candidate with a job offer doesn't need to show funds in her/his bank account in order to prove to immigration officer that he/she has sufficient funds for life expenses?? Right?
if you have experience or information, please hsare it with me. I hope to hear from you again. Thank a lot.
