Yes - I also spoke with Immigration Canada and they confirmed at EARLIEST 9-10 months wait time for first stage of PR (open permit). I will guess there were a number of people all arrived around the same time or completed the 24 months around the same time.

So it is still one or other for nannies in the program currently relative to ones coming into it with no LMO yet? So she qualifies as 24 months working for me straight for 30 hours per week?
