I am sorry - I am failing to understand why this is a surprise? But alaso realize those workers who are Canadian Born and been working in Canada their entire lives - have paid into the Canadian Health care syste, high taxes etc for their entire lives.
Why should someone come in from another country, and then after a mere 24 months be allowed to bring their entire family here on 24 months worth of taxes?!
