I received additional doc request today. One step forward. I didn't send additional family information? to list dependents accompanying/non accompanying because it was only me, and it was very obvious it was only me. Today's request was that info, hopefully this is the only one.

We came back from father's day supper at his parents', noticed an email from Manila. It requests Appendix A, family information. Because it is only me, no kids, I skipped that paper when sending in November. I don't know how long they will take from now, but good to know my file are in Manila now.

i agree with steaky. but here is what i know. i understand he is a student living in manitoba with a valid study permit. Manitoba covers him (student) and his whole family he brings with him. Manitoba does not cover foreign spouse or family of canadian citizen.
