Yes Sir, I received it via email. I believe the reason they are asking some applicants this form is becuz of the travel history. I have been to Saudia twice america and 3 yrs in london may be that is the reason they asked me i am not sure tho

I received the same form a while ago and after that it took another 4 months for PPR1 to show up I did had to redo my medical. once it was done it took two weeks for PPR1 to show up. Have you travelled a lot abroad? i did and i was thinking that is the reason they asked me for immigrant summary...
