Please explain to my position. I still have valid PR card for one more month but I got my renewed card mailed to my home . I am out of country for 4 weeks. can I return by using my valid old PR card.

I am trying to contact IRCC but with no success. Everytime it says line is busy, call again. Also I submitted a webform 2 days back but still to get reply. How much time it takes to get reply on web form. My application is there from Oct 2021.

I got AOR today but I can not find status details online. Does it take a day or two before we can see status update.
