Agreed, things are so fluid with immigration nowadays. One more doubt, for an LMIA exempt job offer ,the employer is paying less than the median wage ,will that be a concern later on ? Currently median wage is $27, offer is for $20

If someone is LMIA Exempt under charitable work, and getting paid , will it lead to PR as long as they are getting median wages and full time work.What is the catch here.? The job is that of a office administrator at a church.

Thank you, so NOC 7282 is skill level B, and they need 1 year to qualify for CEC? or is it 2 years? They have been working every year 6 months in Canada and will have 1.5 years till now from 2017 . Do they qualify under CEC ?

PR card should only be renewed from inside Canada,what if they ask you to come pick it up in person?Then you are stuck .

You should have applied for PRTD to come to Canada first, under H&C if you have such reasons as PR cards should only be renewed from inside Canada, and officers sometimes ask cards to be picked up to validate this. if you enter via road, you meet cbsa who will ask about your residency obligations.
