The thing is I do not claim the time spent on my RA! A letter from HR states that how many hours I work as an RA. I know for fact that some universities in Canada do not go beyond 20hrs for RA, but UBC's HR puts 40hrs/week for RA.

For RA, 37.5/week and my TA was mentioned by HR letter and is 60 hours per semester. As a PhD student my main responsibility is to do research. Shouldn't I be working full time.

The first time they did not even deduct money from my account and returned it. Deducting money is the last thing they do after reviewing docs. So, I don't think it was incomplete again. Last time in my enrollment letter there was not such a sentence stating that i am in a good academic standing...

They returned my docs on late January since it was not complete. At that time I completed the application as they wanted and resent it to Sydney. After a month they debited my bank account and again after 4 days credited it. So I don't think they even processed my application yet.
