There is a chance of getting a student visa if your PR application is still in process. I applied for student visa while my PR application was still in process and got a student visa. Not long ago I also got a request for add. docs for PR too... So, there is possibility of getting a student Visa..

I got an email from CHC delhi to scan the marsheets but got an email from cic stating that there is message in my CIC account which was the instruction for the medical to be done. How were able to do the advance medical without IME number?
